Lost & Found Property
We occasionally receive found personal property. Bicycles are one of the most frequent finds. If you think your belongings have been recovered by us, please call our Property Room at (517) 546-2440.
You will need to provide:
- Detailed description of the item(s)
- Dates / times item went missing
- A description of why the item went missing
Unclaimed Property & Evidence
When an item is eligible to be returned to its owner and notice has been sent with no response, we will post the item below. If you are authorized to possess the item in question, you have 30 days from the date of the post to claim your firearm(s)/property. If not claimed in 30 days, we will dispose of the firearm(s)/property in the manner prescribed by law. Call Property Manager Jeff Klein at (517) 546-7915.
