Livingston County 2026 Citizen Planner Program

The Livingston County Planning Department will be hosting MSU Extension’s Citizen Planner Course again this year.

Please, contact your municipality’s staff as they may be able to help coordinate registration.

Space is limited. The Registration Deadline is April 10, 2026.

What: Citizen Planner Series

Where: Livingston County Public Safety Complex at 1911 Tooley Rd., Howell, MI

When: Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM — April 23, 30, May 7, 14, 28, and June 4

Price: $250/Participant, includes course materials, $225/participant for a group of four or more.
