New Riders: Before purchasing fares online, please call our Mobility Manager at (517) 540-7467 to set up an account.
Same Rides, new way to pay. We’ve switched credit card processors – everything else stays the same.
If you have a documented disability or are 60+ years old, you are eligible for reduced fares. Please complete our Senior & Disabled Fare Application Form and mail it to us or drop it off at our office.
- LETS riders are linked to customer accounts that can be pre-funded by check, cash, or credit card, and fares will be automatically deducted when a trip is taken.
- Online fare purchases will appear on your credit card statement as “Livingston County”.
- A credit card processing fee will be added to your purchase and will be listed as “GovPros Svc Fee”
- All fares are non-refundable.
- We are no longer selling tokens, but will continue to accept them as fare payment.
