All PPHS fees are up to the amount listed and based upon ability to pay.
*Clients eligible for Vaccine for Children (VFC) or Michigan Adult Vaccine Replacement Program (MI-VRP) will be charged only the administration fee per vaccine. Clients not eligible for VFC or MI-VRP will also be charged for the cost of the vaccine.
