*Clients eligible for Vaccine for Children (VFC) or Michigan Adult Vaccine Replacement Program (MI-VRP) will be charged only the administration fee per vaccine. Clients not eligible for VFC or MI-VRP will also be charged for the cost of the vaccine.
**STI testing fees may be covered by insurance (see below). Insurance is not accepted for Court Ordered Testing.

Livingston County Health Department accepts the following insurance plans. We may also be able to bill Medicaid and Medicare B for adults depending on their type of coverage and vaccines requested. Please call (517) 546-9850 for more information.

If your insurance coverage is not listed above, please note: LCHD is not able to bill other commercial insurance companies at this time. Adults and children with insurance coverage not listed above can receive services, but will be charged the full cost of services. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to determine if the insurance company will reimburse you when you receive services at the LCHD. Please call your insurance company regarding reimbursement prior to arriving at the clinic. LCHD may not be a participating provider for some insurance companies, so it is important that you tell your insurance company you are receiving services at the health department. LCHD will give you the a form to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
