Smiles on Wheels provides dental screenings to children entering kindergarten.
Children's Special Health Care Services
Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) offers medical cost assistance and advocacy for children with eligible chronic health conditions.
Health Insurance Enrollment
We offer assistance with Medicaid/Medicare enrollment to individuals and families. We can also provide referrals to programs and providers.
