Livingston County EMS is looking for Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our expanding EMS department. This is an exciting opportunity  to enter into the emergency medical service field with a top-notch team of professionals dedicated to serving the needs of the citizens of Livingston County.

EMT is a union position with starting pay of $18.12 per hour, with credit given for experience. The position is also eligible for annual step pay increases according to the applicable bargaining agreement. The EMT position comes with the County’s excellent benefits package. MERS Defined Contribution Plan 401(a) with employer match and/or an Optional Voluntary 457 Deferred Compensation Plan with employer match. 13 holidays and paid PTO with rollover.
