Our EMT Program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, hands-on experience, and real-world training needed to provide high-quality emergency medical care in high-pressure situations.

Through a combination of classroom instruction and clinical experience, you will gain the expertise needed to assess, treat, and manage patients in pre-hospital settings. Our program is led by experienced instructors and EMS professionals who are committed to helping you succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic field.

Step 1: Download the Application Packet

Step 2: Complete All Required Documents

Carefully review and complete all required sections of the application. Ensure you gather any necessary supporting documents, such as:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Drivers License or State Identification Card
• Background Check Information
• Vaccination Records
• Health History and Medical Exam Forms

Step 3: Submit Your Application

Once you have completed the application and gathered all required documents, submit your packet via email by the application deadline. After submission, your application will be reviewed by our education team. Once accepted, we will contact you with further information to hold your spot.

Application MUST be submitted in PDF format prior to the application closing date. Note: Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
