Emergency Wastewater Service

If you need emergency wastewater service, please call (517) 546-0040, then select Option #1. If you are calling after business hours or on the weekend, please follow the prompts to go into the voicemail system which will activate the pager for the service person on call. Please do not use our email for emergencies. If you are having a wastewater emergency, we recommend discontinuing any water usage.

Call for emergency service if you:

• Hear strange noises coming from the system
• See a warning light on the electrical panel
• Witness anything that you would consider not normal with the system
