Homicide Investigation
UPDATE (March 14, 2025) On Friday March 14th, 2025 Detectives with the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office obtained two arrest warrants for open murder on 27 year old Aaron Aydelotte and 24 year old Marqwevell Cummings, both of Flint. They were arraigned on March 14th, 2025 in the 53rd District Court and were both given one-million-dollar cash / surety bonds. Addition court dates are currently pending.
This continues to be an active investigation, no additional information will be released at this time.
(March 8, 2025) On 3/8/25 at approximately 08:00 a.m. Deputies from the Livingston Couty Sheriff’s Office responded to the 7000 block of Sherwood Rd in Conway Township for a report of a vehicle fire. The vehicle was a 2000 Toyota Camry, which was unoccupied. The Camry is a total loss and the fire appears to be intentionally set.
At approximately 10:00 a.m, Deputies responded to a death investigation in the 8000 block of Robb Rd.. The victim a 25-yr old male from Flint, is also the vehicle owner. The victim was shot with a firearm. Due to the sensitive nature of the on-going investigation, further information will be released at a later time. There is no threat to the public.
