You must be a Livingston County resident to apply in our Office. Out-of-State applicants may apply if their principal place of business is located in Livingston County. Please note, you may only renew 60 days before expiration.

No appointments necessary. Please bring the following:
- New $10,000 bond (purchased within the last 90 days)
- Notary application
- State issued ID
- $10 fee
