Order Certified Copies Online
Order certified copies of Livingston County Marriage records online. Orders are processed daily and sent via USPS First Class Mail.

Request Certified Copies
Marriage licenses must have been applied for in Livingston County to request a certified copy. You must provide the date of the marriage, the groom’s full name and the bride’s full name before the marriage took place.
In Person
Marriage Certificate requests received in-person are provided the same day at the time of request.

- Payment in cash, check or credit card*

By Mail
Please Include the Following:
- Completed Marriage Certificate Request Form
- Payment of check or money order
- Self-addressed postage paid envelope
Requests submitted by mail are processed within 3 business days. You should receive your copy(s) in 7-10 business days via USPS First Class Mail. We do not guarantee a delivery time.

Certified Copy Fees
A certified copy is $25.00. Additional copies of the same record ordered at the same time are $10.00 each.
