- Divorce records are available at the Circuit Court office where the divorce took place
Births: 1867 – Present
- Birth records are not available for public research unless the following applies:
- Must be next of kin if record is less than 100 years old
- Must show proof of relationship
- Must provide State issued ID

Fees
Certified copies of records are $30 for the first copy, and $15 for each additional copy of the same record.
The fee to conduct a genealogy record search is $30, regardless of the search results.
