Important Reminder For Builders & Homeowners: It is your responsibility to make sure the rough electric, plumbing and heating inspections are done before scheduling the rough building inspection. If the building inspection is scheduled before the other rough inspections, it won’t be approved and you’ll be charged a $50 re-inspection fee.
