Cut Off Times – The cut off time for building inspection scheduling is 12:00 midnight. Any inspections requested after midnight will be processed as though they were received the following workday. The cut off time for cancellations is 5:00 a.m.

How can the Building Department support staff assist me?
Support staff is available to assist you in understanding required documentation needed to file applications. Support staff will also assist you as much as possible so that all necessary permits to complete your project may be obtained. Please keep in mind support personnel aren’t Inspectors and therefore, some questions are best directed to particular trade inspectors.
When can re-inspection fees be paid?
Re-inspection fees can be paid online once a rejection has been received. Re-inspections can be rescheduled after the payment is received.
