Protecting your protected health information is something that Livingston County EMS takes very seriously. We understand this information is personal and that it is important to you that it be kept confidential.
As a patient you have the right to access, copy, or inspect your protected health information as provided for by federal law. You may also make a request for an amendment to this information, or to request that we restrict the use and disclosure of it.

Livingston EMS (“LCEMS”) is required by law to maintain the privacy of certain confidential health care information, known as Protected Health Information or PHI, and upon request, to provide you with a notice of our legal duties and privacy practices with respect to your PHI. LCEMS is also required to abide by the terms of the version of this Notice currently in effect.
